Two senior members of the country's military have compared Hamas's sudden invasion of Israel to the 9/11 attacks in the United States. British media BBC reported this information in a report on Monday (October 9).
In the report, Major Nir Dinar of the Israeli military said, Hamas attack is 9/11 for us. This is by far the worst day in Israel's history. Never before have so many Israelis been killed. Such barbaric behavior of enemies in one day is really undesirable.
Meanwhile, the country's Lt. Col. Jonathan Conricus also compared the aggression of Hamas to the attack of America. He said the Hamas attack was a combination of 9/11 and Pearl Harbor.
Incidentally, the Palestinian armed group Hamas launched a sudden attack on Israel on Saturday. This unprecedented attack was carried out using water, land and air. In the meantime, 700 Israelis have lost their lives in Hamas attacks. Meanwhile, the number of Palestinians killed in the Israeli attack on the besieged Gaza territory of Palestine has exceeded 400. Also around 2000 people have been injured so far.
